She made a statement when she appeared in her brocade dress with its upper bodice studded with rhinestones and edged with sequin ric-rac. The romantic Tess features a lace neckline insert, lace pouf sleeves, beaded fringe under bust, dot glitter tulle overskirt edged with sequin ric-rac, and trimmed with sequin appliqués.
